Who is She?
Carli Hardon is a middle child, born and raised in the Metro Atlanta area. From a young age, Carli was influenced by the work of performing superheroes such as Whitney Houston, Tina Fey, and Michael Jackson. With this inspiration she developed a passion for performing and entertaining people.
Following in her sister's footsteps, she began to pursue musical theatre. Carli graduated from DeKalb School of the Arts as a Vocal and Drama major. She then went on to further study Musical Theatre at The University of Alabama. Carli takes full credit for the university winning their 17th national football championship even if she knows very little about the actual sport.
Carli started her professional performing career as an apprentice at Flat Rock Playhouse. Since then she has gone on to work with many theatres, constantly learning from the world around her, growing in her craft and finding new ways for compelling storytelling.
When Carli is not working on her craft she likes to watch TikTok, invade her dog's personal space, tell people "They sang this on Glee" whenever she feels like it, watch TV shows she's seen before and manifest homeownership by looking at houses on Zillow.
Carli is excited to continue to tell stories, represent for all the little black girls out there. And hopefully learn how to roller skate.
